AVITA is committed providing businesses/government/non-profit agencies/financial institutions business sevices that enhance cultural expansion by targeting women and minorities/persons with disabilities/veterans bridging the gap of economic development and community diversity.
Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) Statewide Provides contracting/consulting/ counseling services. OEI administers the Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) to assist small businesses gain better access to government contracts.
Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber Clackamas/Multnomah/ Washington counties

Lewis & Clark Law School Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC) Statewide Provides consulting/counseling services. Lewis & Clark Law School's Small Business Legal Clinic (SBLC) provides business transactional legal advice to new and emerging businesses; primarily those owned by women/minorities/recent immigrants.
Mercy Corps Northwest Statewide Provides contracting/consulting/ counseling/financial services. Mercy Corps Northwest works to assist low-income and beginning entrepreneurs to start or grow their small business. Based in Portland their services include loans; grants to purchase business assets; a business planning 101 course; and weekly seminars on a range of topics.
Oregon Association of Minority Entrepreneurs (OAME) Statewide

Provides contracting/consulting/ counseling/financial services. The association was formed to promote and develop entrepreneurship and economic development for ethnic minorities in Oregon and southwest Washington.
Oregon Entrepreneurs Network Statewide OEN offers entrepreneurs programs and services that can help emerging businesses succeed.
Oregon Native American Business Network (ONABEN) Tribal business Provides contracting/consulting/ counseling services. ONABEN provides Native Americans access to markets through its Business Directory/Web site/tribal-sponsored Business Service Centers. It supports business reference libraries/computer/ internet access in locations throughout Oregon and the Northwest.
Oregon Small Business Development Center Network Statewide SBDCs offer direct training and counseling to small businesses in 19 locations around the state.
Philippine American Chamber of Commerce (PACCO) Clackamas/Multnomah/ Washington counties Provides contracting/consulting/ counseling services. PACCO serves as a clearinghouse for Philippine-American trade/tourism and economic information as well as acts as a liaison for government agencies. It provides its members with a direct link to networking opportunities/referrals/business resources/business seminars.

Small Business Administration—Oregon District Office Statewide The U.S. Small Business Administration has delivered millions of loans/loan guarantees/contracts/counseling sessions/other forms of assistance to small businesses. SBA provides assistances primarily through its programmatic functions.
South Central Oregon Economic Development District (SCOEDD) Klamath/Lake counties Provides contracting/consulting/ counseling/financial services. SCOEDD serves as the primary conduit for regional economic development resources for Klamath and Lake counties. It provides the professional staff to support economic development planning on a regional basis and to the individual economic development efforts of Lake and Klamath counties. It also manages and administers regional grant and loan programs.
