The five-member Finance Committee is appointed by the Business Oregon Commission to act as its designee on matters related to Business Finance.

Wesley Price

Price & Fronk Co.; Bend

Wes has more than 30 years of experience with Price Fronk & Co. and has been a partner since 1989. He specializes in small businesses and closely-held corporations, Public Utility Commission regulatory matters, businesses in the hospitality and real estate development industries, and accounting and auditing for homeowner associations and local governments. Wes is also a registered investment advisor for Ascent Capital Management LLC. Wes is a past president of the Bend Chamber of Commerce. He is currently on the boards of Economic Development for Central Oregon, serving as President and Rural Development Initiatives. Wes is active in youth activities and coaches school sports.

William Humphreys, Jr.

Citizens Bank; Corvallis

Bill is currently an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer for Citizens Bank in Corvallis. Employed by Citizens Bank since 1999, Bill has held positions in Commercial Lending, Commercial Lending Team Leadership, Management Loan Committee, and was the Main Branch Manager for 8 years. His banking career began in 1990 with Centennial Bank in Eugene, and he also worked for Columbia River Bank in The Dalles, Redmond, and Hood River, Oregon, and White Salmon, Washington. Bill received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance & Management from the University of Oregon and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Bill is active in the community, focusing his energies on education and youth activities. Bill has served in various leadership and governance capacities for the Corvallis Public Schools Foundation, Boys & Girls Club, United Way, and other non-profit organizations. Bill is also active with the Oregon Bankers Association, currently serving on the Board of Directors of Synergy by Association, Inc., a wholly-owned for-profit subsidiary of the Oregon Bankers Association.

George Koffler

Bank of Eastern Oregon (retired); Hermiston

George was President of the Bank of Eastern Oregon in Heppner until he retired in 2014, where he began as a loan officer in 1979. George currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Bank of Eastern Oregon. George was a high school math teacher and coach prior to his banking career. George has served as Chair for the Oregon Bankers Association Board of Directors and president of the Willow Creek Valley Economic Development group.

Rosemary Lint

Independent Financial Planner; Roseburg

Rosemary is an experienced financial planner with nearly 30 years of managing individual trusts, diversifying investment portfolios, and analyzing results and preparing reports. Rosemary continues to work as an Independent Financial Planner and Trustee, in addition to holding workshops focused on retirement and estate planning. Previously, Rosemary taught courses in accounting, business law, and personal and corporate finance for Umpqua Community College.

R. Wade Moseby

Collins Pine Co (retired); Lake Oswego

Wade was Senior Vice President for the Collins Companies an integrated forest products company headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon, until his retirement in 2014. Wade has more than 42 years in the industry having previously worked for Publishers Paper, Bohemia, and Roseburg Forest Products. He is a founding member of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), co-founder and director emeritus of Forest Trends, currently serves on the board of the Pinchot Institute of Conservation (PIC), past chairman of the Oregon Business Association (OBA), and the Composite Panel Association (CPA).

Gary O'Connell

Summit Bank; Bend

Gary is the Market President for Summit Bank, providing a full commercial banking experience to the business community in Central Oregon. Previously, Gary was the Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Team Lead at Columbia Bank, and Vice President and Business Banking Manager at Wells Fargo. Gary remains an active volunteer as Co-Founder and Advisory Board Chair at Junior Achievement of Oregon & SW Washington, collaborating with local teachers to promote financial literacy in Central Oregon classrooms.
