The following programs offer technical assistance to businesses:

Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP) assists small businesses with access to government contracts.

Minority- and Women-owned Business Certification Programs
The Office of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business (OMWESB) is the sole certification authority in Oregon for targeted government contracts for disadvantaged businesses, minority- and woman-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses. OMWESB provides “one-stop” certification.
