Business Oregon provided two Oregon Business Development Fund loans totaling $107,980 to Winner's Choice Custom Bowstrings, which helped the company expand its John Day operations through construction of a new building and equipment purchases.
Oregon's energy costs are among the lowest industrial rates in the U.S. averaging fewer than 5 cents per kilowatt hour in some areas. This is about half of the industrial rates in California.
