Oregon cities (105) in which business firm locating at a facility inside the city's Urban Growth Boundary may receive Oregon Investment Advantage income tax exemption (subject to certification criteria), without regard to zoning code or to the type of activity or operations, in which the firm is engaging in Oregon for the first time. (Elsewhere in eligible county, facility must be located on industrially-zoned land and be engaged in a traded-sector industry.)
