Through its Government Contract Assistance Program (GCAP), this organization delivers procurement technical assistance to women-owned, minority-owned, rural- and distressed-area businesses throughout Oregon.
Business Oregon provided Nighthawk Graphics a $43,200 Business Development Loan to help purchase new equipment and software. As a result, Nighthawk expanded its digital graphics and communication capabilities and expects to create 4.5 jobs and retain three jobs over the next two years.
